Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via phone call.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or verification problems.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all over Bangladesh.

Delivery Time:

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

Delivery Charges:

Inside Dhaka: ৳80 
Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.).

We offer the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online Payment (bKash / Card)

Orders using Cash on Delivery may require confirmation before processing.

❌ We do NOT accept exchanges for:

Discounted / sale items
Used or damaged products

Customers must bear delivery charges for exchanges unless the issue is from our side.

Currently, we do not offer returns/refunds unless:

You receive a damaged product
You receive the wrong item

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
